Hip opening prenatal yoga sequence




This yoga sequence is for all trimesters. Remember to breath deeply when practicing these asanas that will help you to open your hips and to strengthen your legs and preparing your body for the birthing ahead. Always listen to yourself and your body and don't do something that doesn't feel good. Enjoy your pregnancy and the special bond with your baby during this time.
