Sun salutations prenatal yoga sequence


Traditional Sun salutations of Hatha yoga modified for pregnancy. Repeat both sides few times to warm up your body before practicing other yoga asanas. Helps for lower back pains and to open up your body. Remember to breath deeply when practicing these sun salutations.If you don't feel good during the practice listen to yourself and stop. I hope you can enjoy and grasp all the benefits of the sun salutations for your self and for your little one too.

Our baby was born 15.8 and is now one month old. That is of course the reason why I haven't been posting anything for a while. I am happy to tell you that she is healthy and happy little baby who likes to smile a lot. This has been the biggest change I have ever experienced in my life and every day is full of little miracles and new things to learn about my baby and myself. SUNNY DAYS AND YOGA AT CANARY ISLANDS PART II

                        Hola a todos! This is the second part of our holidays in Canary Islands. Again I will let the pictures speak their language. It was just amazing to be able to escape the winter in Finland to these beautiful islands for 5 weeks full of sunshine and warmth. I loved to practice yoga by the swimming-pool of our bungalow.    Parivrtta Trikonasana  My favorite part of the breakfast was freshly squeezed orange juice  We stayed one week in these bungalows behind me.
